Trevor Lambright

Trevor, a third generation Californian, is highly knowledgable when it comes to the trends, geography, history and culture of both Southern and Northern California. He is a licensed Realtor who studied marketing at San Francisco State University.

After moving to Los Angeles from San Francisco, Trevor began building his own business in real estate. With a background in marketing, he felt this was an area in which he would excel. Moving forward a few years, Trevor decided to join Compass Beverly Hills. Understanding the value of partnerships in this industry, Trevor teamed up with Kofi Nartey, Director of the Sports and Entertainment Division. Since then, the two have complemented each other’s skill sets while serving an ever-stronger base of delighted clients.

As a collegiate athlete, Trevor learned how to become a leader in all that he does and how to use his talents to maximize the strengths of his team. Focus and determination have consistently been strengths for him. He has always maintained professionalism while striving to provide his clients with enthusiastic and helpful service.

Trevor brings a youthful vigor into every situation he is introduced into. He is incredibly goal-oriented and uses his strong communication skills and thorough understanding of the market to make sure his clients receive everything they could ask for in their real estate advisor.

Sirous Wadia

Sirous joins The Nartey Group as a licensed Realtor after spending years helping to grow and scale software companies in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. Originally from the Bay Area, Sirous earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and grew to love LA during his time studying there. After college, Sirous was recruited by a technology company in the Bay Area, where he launched his career in software.

Over the course of the next 15 years, Sirous was a senior executive and integral part of propelling two software companies to go public, while also earning his MBA. Now, permanently back in Los Angeles, Sirous brings his extensive experience engaging in high-stakes software sales over to the world of real estate. His foundation in tech was to "simplify the complicated" to his clients then, and that is exactly what he does now for his real estate clients.

Understanding the tech and sales worlds as intimately as he does, Sirous' skill sets merge perfectly with Compass' technology-based platform and the luxury real estate focus of The Nartey Group. He commits himself to the highest customer-service standards and to bringing both transparency and data to the table to help inform the decisions of his clients.

Sirous is an avid entertainer and passionate cook who integrates influences from both his Persian and Indian heritage into the dishes he creates.

Josephine Kime


Josephine joins The Nartey Group after several years in international real estate, where she was based in both London and New York. Born and raised in England, Josephine trained as a broadcast journalist working with the main U.K. news networks, in addition to hosting two shows (including a series on luxury hotels and homes).

She spent several years working with entertainment executives across all sectors of the television, theater and film industries, and now brings this extensive knowledge of the entertainment business to The Nartey Group. Thanks to her recent experience with international real estate, Josephine truly understands the needs of the high-net-worth client after years of working with private family offices from the Middle East, India and Europe.

When she’s not glued to her laptop and phone, Josephine loves working out…and balancing that with eating out. She is part of several women-only networking groups and is passionate about empowering women in the workplace.

Sarah Chesko

Kacey Heiber

As assistant to Kofi Nartey and the operations manager for The Nartey Group, Kacey brings over 15 years of real estate industry experience to her role.

Kacey began her career in commercial real estate as a listing, leasing and marketing coordinator in Santa Barbara with the top commercial real estate firm. She then moved to San Francisco, where she transitioned into lending and became one of the top mortgage bankers in the nation with a nationwide bank for several years.

Benjamin Sidon

Creative Director

Creative Director Benjamin Sidon brings 15 years of branding & marketing experience to The Nartey Group. Previously overseeing branding & design for a Christie’s affiliate in Manhattan Beach, California, Benjamin’s freelance and contract clients have included Boeing, Microsoft, Adobe, Bank of America and Eli Lilly.

Before branching into luxury real estate, Benjamin spent five years as the founding Art Director for Small Arms Defense Journal, an internationally-distributed defense magazine.
